MISSION:
Our mission is to promote education among economically backward communities, focusing on empowering individuals for a brighter future. It emphasizes instilling qualities like discipline and perseverance alongside formal education. Since the foundation of the institution in March, 2000, the institution prioritizes creating an inclusive environment, promoting gender equality, and maintaining a plastic-free campus. It ensures a safe atmosphere for students for effective teaching, learning, motivational training, social events and guide students toward their future aspirations. This mission is holistically communicated to the students, teachers, non- teaching staff and other stakeholders through the college website, other online platform and every event or programme organized by the institution. The institution heartily promotes social and cultural milieu.
VISION:
Located in the remote landscapes of West Bengal, our college serves as an inspiration and hope for the students of this area and most of them are first-generation learners, many of whom come from impoverished backgrounds. It particularly highlights the impact on young girls who previously lacked access to higher education. The institution aims to break the cycle of poverty by providing educational opportunities, especially for socially oppressed and economically disadvantaged communities, including Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and agricultural families. The focus is on fostering innovative thinking and genuine education, with a vision of developing morally upright individuals ready to serve the nation. The institution promotes all the social and cultural values and basks in the spirit of unity in diversity. The college acknowledges its limitations and yet honestly aspires to overcome each of them in the best interest of its students.
